1.3 - This work is warranted for a period of two years from the date of completion for all defects, and six years for major defects, in accordance with the Home Building Act 1989.

Section 2: Product Specifications
2.1 - Polyurethane sprayed doors and panels will not be applied to areas that are not visible externally (e.g., interior drawers, doors, and panels).
2.2 - Handles are not included unless explicitly specified.
2.3 - Kickboards may be susceptible to swelling over time due to moisture exposure. While silicone is applied to mitigate this issue, no guarantees can be made.
2.4 - Panels may also be prone to swelling over time due to moisture exposure. Silicone is utilized to reduce this risk, but guarantees cannot be provided.
2.5 - Aluminium splashbacks with a PVC core (such as Metalline by Laminex or Reflections) will be installed by Abreeza Group. Power points must be provided to facilitate the cutting of appropriately sized holes. In the absence of a power point, a standard hole will be created to accommodate the power cable.
2.6 - The underside of the cabinet will be the exterior of the carcass material unless otherwise specified.
2.7 - Any defects must be reported to us on the date of delivery.
2.8 - Kitchen facelifts cannot achieve the same standard as a brand-new kitchen due to factors such as skewness, moisture, and unevenness. As such, results may not be perfect and may include imperfections such as uneven gaps, rubbing, lack of levelness, and rough drawer slides. If moisture is detected during inspection, we reserve the right to decline the project.
2.9 - In the event of a variation, such as a change in product due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., drainage pipe installed after measurements were taken), Abreeza Group reserves the right to charge the customer a fee for amending the variation. Should the customer refuse to pay, the project will be placed on hold.
2.10 - The plans, designs, and 3D drawings are the intellectual property of Abreeza Group and will remain the property of Abreeza Group until full payment is received. Distribution of these materials constitutes a violation of the Designs Act 2003, and legal action will be pursued in the event of such a violation.
2.11 - Changes in materials, such as benchtop colour, will result in a corresponding price adjustment. If the customer is dissatisfied with the new price, the project will be placed on hold. In certain circumstances, such as a change in benchtop colour, Abreeza Group reserves the right to refund the cost of that product and proceed with the project without the benchtop installed.
2.12 - Plans, designs, and 3D drawings will be provided following the receipt of a 10% deposit. Should the client choose not to proceed with the quote, the 10% deposit will be refunded, minus the costs incurred for design and plans.

Section 3: Service Provisions
3.1 - Installation may be subcontracted to a reputable contractor, depending on the size of the project.
3.2 - Delivery is preferred to occur on a date separate from installation.
3.3 - Any additional services requested must be submitted in writing to sales@abreeza.com.au, and may incur additional charges.
3.4 - Clients may organize their own installation and delivery, i.e., supply only.
3.5 - Any issues related to installation must be reported to us as soon as possible.
3.6 - Clients should be aware that during installation, skirting boards and bulkheads may require cutting, necessitating the engagement of appropriate contractors for patching (e.g., painters).
3.7 - During demolition, there is a possibility of damage to walls, floors, and paint when removing existing cabinetry, tiles, splashbacks, or kickboards.
3.8 - We are not responsible for paint touch-ups around the kitchen, whether on walls or ceilings.

4.2 - Any concerns or feedback regarding our staff or contractors should be directed to admin@abreeza.com.au.
